A bit about us

Rowena’s personal property journey began in 2004, leading to the establishment of Megadon Properties in East London, in 2006. The company later relocated to Durban, where it specialises in the Durban North & Umhlanga areas.

Rowena  passed her CEA Board Exam in 2006, and became a Sectional Title Specialist Realtor in 2008.  In 2011 she completed her National Certificate in Real Estate Competency , and achieved her Master Practitioner Real Estate Designation in 2013.

Megadon Properties is registered with The Property Practitioner Regulatory Authority, and holds a valid FFC, as required by law.  We consistently stay up-to-date with national statutory requirements. Our main objective is to assist sellers and buyers in concluding professional, smooth property transactions.
